Sorry, you must be confusing me with quack there so I shall quote him for you and you can discuss this between yourselves, okay? Grand!

S wants to speak to you.
Must I remind you that you are not an arbitary member but the Prime Minister?

you mentioned the full stack bonus points to you
Nah, he missed out ableist, heterocentric, and Tory. Not a bad effort though

Ah, so according to you, the Leader of Her Majesty's Most Loyal Opposition and the de facto proposer of all three MoNC in the government are just some arbitrary average Joes, right?

Okay, we've had some fun, but I'm not about to waste more time here.

LOL Good at producing empty media statements, yet poor at noticing what your colleagues let out when they think no one else is listening. I suggest you ask them (especially quack and aspie) about their true motivation, why your leader—the Leader of Her Majesty's Most Loyal Opposition—refused to even second any of the three motions of no confidence, or why quack attempted to talk hazzer into submitting the second one if the government is truly so disastrous. :dontknow:

I do not wish to overstep the mark as I am well aware that this is not my modding area, but can I please ask everyone not to resort to pettiness. Let us have a good, clean debate.

We know things are heating up when MPs start cracking out the duck photos.

TheDefiniteArticle The budget is practically ready, we're now only working on the presentation. If you're willing to abstain, wait for it before you cast your vote.
Okay, I will not vote until the final day.

I know that in your fantasy world we were sat in a dark corner writing the MoNC by candlelight holding copies of Mao's Little Red Book while we cackled over unknowing parliamentarians innocently agreeing to propose and second what was the first step in our master plan to achieve total dominance of MHoC, but in reality the motivation was that you're Tories who are doing what is, in our view, an unacceptably bad job in government and as such we want you out.

I have to say, watching all this arguing is really interesting.

But I also have to say that as long as the Liberals are in government, it will be a useless government. Parties need to learn that in order to have a successful government, the liberals must be kept out. They are the most inactive and useless party, but just look at who's most active and useful? Those who are rarely in government like UKIP or the socialists are the most active. Thus, it is demonstrated that democracy fails to give those who most competent the role of government. In this case, the seats should either be allocated based on activity from the parties or there should just be a revolution, as democracy is a failure.

Also, if we want fewer MoNCs, we should start forming majority governments so that opposition parties do not have such great confidence that they could VoNC the government.

Since both options will likely result in the Liberals being in government, I will probably refrain from voting on this.

I would remind you that Petros has said the Liberals won't form part of the next government

Not in any official capacity though. Nor will he be leader forever.

Well it's reasonable to assume he will be leader after this. Vote at least.

Yeah but that's only relevant if the MoNC succeeds.

Not really. UU is taking about future governments. There'll be future governments irrespective of this MoNC.

But he is saying that he'll abstain because he belives that the liberals would be in government either way, but if petros has said that isn't the case that they won't join the next government, and it is reasonable to assume that he will still be leader after this vote it is reasonable to assume that the liberals won't be in government if this motion passes.

TF has been invited to a family event if I recall correctly, so no luck there yet. Only some of the text that goes along with it remains to be written, though.

By the way, I'm embarrassed about being the one who has to make these updates on why it's been delayed again so just so you know, none of it was ever a lie. The things are just out of my control and I'm unable to step in since my economy background is mediocre.

    -----

On the Vonc I'll keep it quick as I'm about to head to the beach ( I do love gloating ).

This vote is an ideological attempt at overthrowing a Government. Whilst many on the opposition benches will disagree with our policies, it is not reason alone to overthrow a Government.

We have Saoirse saying that this Government is not representative. Need I remind her that the Government that would follow this would have the exact same amount of seats as this one?

Anyway, I'm off now. I'll probably reply to anything here tonight

    VOTE NAY!
