    Probably box squats; easily the best tool for increasing general squat strength/explosive strength and I love the grind of starting from cold at the bottom - 150KG for 5 sets of 5 was my best, looking to have that up to 180 by the start of 2017. Deadlifts, strict overhead press, pull-ups (From dead hang w/ elbows locked out to the bar touching your chest) all come very close and would wager you could make excellent gains just doing these 4 exercises.
