    by brand cola, i take it you mean the supermarket junk

    it tastes a great deal like industrial strength toilet cleaner

    lol, but apple tango was jsust as bad, I put on a lot of weight having a super large macdonalds meal and still being hungry (???) (I now cant finish a happy meal) and havng loads of sweets and fizzy drinks, aand now I'm finding it harder to loose then when I gained it

    all milk is not fattening, you can find it with very low fat. and it is not as fattening as nesquick and milkshakes.
