    Under article 3 section 5: "The board will determine fixed nominal rates for each grain product and quotas for each farmer" can I be reassured this will be kept at a competitive market rate and regularly updated?

    You can indeed my friend, the Requisitioning Board will partly comprise of agricultural experts with experience in the market.

    I'm not sure what this bill does, putting all the grain in a storage tank is preposterous. Am I just misinterpreting it at this late hour?
