    3 weetabix and an apple for breakfast, two hard boiled eggs as a snack, mushroom paté with wholemeal rolls for lunch, rice cakes as another snack, fresh pizza with vegetables and cheese for dinner, along with 5 glasses of water throughout the day. Starting a kind of "healthy" high in complex carbs and protein diet still not eating enough atm lol
