You are not helping your cause. Irregardless of who started what, these people are neo-Nazis. East Germany has had problems with them since before 2015. Ironically the same reason that young Muslims join IS is the one they become neo-Nazis - poverty, lack of opportunity, alienation from society.

Although I maintain the reason for those three things are very different between the groups. Islam, on a large scale, does not lend itself to integration (and those Muslim that do, do so as individuals, not as part of Islam).
Any evidence to support the claim that Muslims who join IS are often poor?

Everyone in this situation is a moron and it's also laughable at some of you trying to justify the existence of neo-nazis.

Everytime I enter threads like this the general attitude from some of you is sickening, trying to branden every single migrant as if they were part of this group of 20. But then again, expecting the radical right to have any common sense is a step too far.

If I implied that all three reason are necessary then I apologize. I meant that at least one, often more of them play a role.

But anyway, poor is a relative term. You may be doing ok, but if you see the locals in the next neighbourhood doing much better and feel they are looking down on you, that weighs strongly.

The problem is that Islam sticks to Islam. It's the reason why Asians tend to do much better than blacks in America. They manage to integrate whereas blacks tend to live in ghettos. Much more of a them vs us mentality than with Asians. Same reason Jews have been persecuted throughout much of history. Wherever they went, they congregated.

Err... If you look at the BBC site, you'll see that it started because they had taken over the town square. When the police showed up to get them to move, they threw bottles and managed to injure a local.

This had happened the night before. As things had been stressed, it resulted in 100 people showing up to move the 20 people because the locals had ceased to believe the police could do their job.

This was a group of thugs being moved. Nothing more, nothing less.

Why not actually try and deal with reality, rather than inventing enemies?

Totally agreed. Whatever these 20 people did was wrong but let's not paint all of them with the same brush. Anyway, I hope whoever was involved gets what they deserve. Also, feel bad for the police because they were trying to help and protect but got hurled bottles at.

Yes, but you'll find people still insisting this was some large group attacking an innocent group and that anyone who insists there was any justification for this are neo-nazis bent on kicking puppies.

A group of thugs took over a public area. The police were powerless to stop them. The public took it in to their hands to stop them.

Calling that 'Racist' is simply wrong.

I wouldn't call it racist either.
