Yes, everyone is judgemental, but it's our actions that speak louder than our words.

You're talking about what you think about sexes in general. You can't complimentary look at inequality.
Either you live in a bubble or you don't interact/look at society or many people.
Wtf is that last part supposed to mean.
I'm not a believer in equality anyway, as equality these days seems to be about completely equal outcome for each group, ignoring any variables or differences.

Because nowadays looks are all that matter for most people.

Equality means equal opportunities, which means people are given the same chances, taking into account their differences. Equality does not mean everybody gets the same treatment.

Not if you look at feminist speakers, politicians etc, they want equal outcome and call it equality. Which is actually equity, but when most people cry about equality, they already have equal opportunities, just not equal outcome, eg X amount of each race and gender doing a certain job for a certain wage.

Everyone is being judged. On their actions and behaviour. Society is shallow. Unfortunately we all make up society, so we all contribute to that one way or another. But that doesn't mean you have to express it.

Looks are one of the first things men (who like women, that is) will notice about a woman. Men are very visual in terms of sexual attraction and less concerned with achievement, and I'd say that a lot of the time we automatically "assess" women in this way. Some men have large mouths and either a lack of intellect or a simple lack of inclination to override their looks-based reactions, and those of the more extroverted persuasions may see fit to voice them. I mean, I hate to ally with modern feminism on stuff, but it kind of pisses me off too. If someone's hot, they're hot. If someone's, well, not, they're not. You don't have to tell the world. And it is rather irrelevant and shallow to focus so exclusively on it, especially if they have achieved so much more than winning the genetic lottery. Note that I realise that not all the blame goes on men - a lot of women are themselves very looks focused and may note, usually in a tone of envy, when someone who has achieved a lot is also very attractive, or, in a bid to quench their own insecurities, this time in a tone of derision, when they are anything but.

Don't get me wrong, people can say what they like, of course, and I'm sure many people have nothing but the best intentions when noting somebody else is attractive. I'm just saying I find it irritating sometimes for the stated reasons. (It's also irritating when the same is done to men - rarer, but it happens).

I saw 2 men doing this to a female jogger a few weeks ago, though I couldn't work out if they found her attractive or were just disgusted, they were just staring. She was in her 40's or 50's and was wearing a vest with very short shorts. She was slim but I couldn't work out if she had good legs or not they were very pale ha. Some men just stare blatantly others try to hide their gaze.

Well there's staring for stupid periods of time, but I usually just look for like 4 seconds, unless they're in front of me then I admire the view, they wouldn't stare if they found her unattractive.

How come whatever a female achieves she is still, in general, judged on how she looks. I see it with female athletes in sport but not really with men. I remember when that woman broke a record for sailing a few years ago and many comments just stated how ugly she was. I was just reading this about astronomy and although there arn't many comments most of them are about the astronauts looks lol

Correct me if you think I'm wrong in what I've observed, maybe men get it just as bad I don't know
tbh i think we are so so so far off a society that only concerns others inner beauty rather than our outer appearance i think this is hugely to blame of celebs/media/advertising but that is just life.. unfortunately our exterior is naturally our first impression to someone. i dont know how it will, but hopefully it will be different in the future!!

Why does your penis need to be erect in order to recognise the value of someones achievements :/ This is what we are talking about just recognising achievement not looks/sex and erect penis's.

The world seems to be getting worse by the year from where I'm seeing it. Who cares about love anymore when there is LUST - rough sex like the teenagers have grew up with watching internet porn thinking that is normal. Cheating and divorce is RIFE.

This is coming from someone who at 25 married a highly coveted woman. Looks only go so far, but none of the bachelors seem to care about this. Every man wanted to sleep with my ex (and probably still do) and she used it for her advantage in the way she strung them along. So after about 30 times in the bedroom the lust goes down. I called it quits. Now no-one cares about whatever wisdom I have to say about UNDERVALUING LOOKS VS A GOOD PERSONALITY. This is described perfectly in the Bible by the way. For non-believers go ahead and call that coincidence.
