I've gotten in to the habit of eating two digestive biscuits a day. Otherwise I'm moderately healthy - have cereal/porridge in the mornings, wrap for lunch, and dinner is usually stir fry/ fish/chicken with veg etc.
I also go to the gym every day, burning roughly 400 cals.

Should I limit myself to 1 per day? The only other snack I have is peanut butter
It all depends on your goals.

Cut the digestives out entirely, along with any interesting or tasty food.
You might not live to 100, but it will certainly seem like it.

Repeat after me: " A little of what you fancy does you good!"

Why do we bother having forums dedicated to applying to uni? Digestive problems are the ones real people face.

lol idk rly... on the one hand, I'd advise you stick to one or two a week or something, but now that Christmas is fast approaching... I've certainly started having a bit of Lidyl Christmas food lately, so I'm not really one to start advising, but all the same, we should both stop this unhealthy lifestyle after Christmas.

Not in British English it isn't:

This is a very common error.
Yes it is. There is no British English, English is a British language.

Like there's no Welsh Welsh (spoken in Wales rather than the Welsh communities in Argentina)...

They put something in Nutella to make it that addictive, you know. I can't buy it.

Jesus, that's so unhealthy. You should only be eating a quarter of one digestive a day MAX according to the NHS.

Gotten is not a word.

If you want a couple of biscuits then have them - it's hardly out of control, is it!
OP meant Goten. And that is a word, my fellow saiyan warrior.
