i don't see how tea could possibly be stronger than a gr8 cuppa coffee!

I'm with you all the way for coffee.

But I remember reading, if I remember rightly, that although there's more caffeine in a cup of coffee...

there's more caffeine in tea, gram for gram.

I'll drink to that!

To show my almost fanatical appreciation of tea, I would just like to quote from British Sea Power: "Like rock music, there are times when a cup of tea can save your life. Plus, tea with a beautiful girl is on par with sex."

Excessive amounts of coffee...

Can't stand ordinary tea, but like rooibos.

NO MILK.

(milk in coffee though, but absolutely no sugar).

I'm not a regular drinker of either. I definitely drink tea more often than coffee. Tea is apt for dealing with an occassion such as happened this morning: I had a 9:15 lecture and nothing for the rest of the day. Peered out of my window in the morning and decided over-confidently that it would not rain in the next 1 and a half hours, before I returned home.

How wrong was I? Tres. Not only did I not take a coat, I didn't put my mini umbrella in my bag, I had a rather low cut dress on, my fab leather boots (which you're not supposed to get wet ) and a thin mohair cardigan (new and best not dampened). I came out of the lecture, it first rained a bit, so I walked a bit faster -and then- at the point where I'd gone too far towards home for it to be worth turning back, it starts pouring down. One minute later it hails. They were at least 0.75 cm in diameter and quite stung. I also had to walk past builders/everyone looking like a drowned rat.

Tea solved all. But on Sundays I almost always have a homemade Irish coffee after lunch. Mmmmmm.

Tea definitely wins it. Feels a lot healthier to drink too.

Tea tea tea, at least 7 cups a day. Very hot, strong, milk, no sugar.

But there are times when the caffiene of coffee is necessary.

Coffee, but it has to be good coffee. None o this nescafe instant garbage.

Not a tea fan really. Get bored before the end of a cup of tea for some reason.

I like both!

Although I tend to prefer tea in the morning or after getting back from lectures, and coffee when I'm working/relaxing or just randomly during the day.

I also occasionally have an instant cappuccino when I feel like it.

At the moment, I'm trying different kinds of coffee, I currently have some Jack Daniels flavoured and Douwe Egberts Pure Indulgence.

Although, coffee is more metal...

Coffee in the morning, coffee at lunchtime, then afternoon and before bedtime to dispel the headaches. Its just, tea has no taste.

Also, speciality cofee is a far more interesting area.

Drinking tea makes me feel too old so unless I make it to dip ginger snaps in, coffee is definitely my preference!

Although I'm quite glad to say I don't drink either regularly. You can't go wrong with a starbucks, though.
