Cornflakes or Black Pudding or Porridge

Not all at once (not most of the time anyway).

2 weetabix, with some branflakes on top. Then a piece of homemade bread toasted (twice the size of normal bread and so much nice again ). Oh and usually a glass of orange juice unless it has run out! I always have this breakfast. Would recommend it to all!

I tend to have cereal - Special K Bliss Strawberries & Chocolate or Weetabix.

Weetabix is incredibly yummy with fresh strawberries on top! Had that this morning, very yummy

I usually have juice, a clementine and a cup of tea too.

usually either porridge with semi skimmed milk + honey and a piece of fruit or all bran mixed with museli and some fruit... but I might try wholemeal toast and peanut butter - it's supposed to be good at keeping you full and good for a workout?!

a couple of slices of buttered toast, and oddly, both a mug of tea and a glass of cold milk. i had a phase recently of putting jam on the toast but the urge to do so is failing.
