just to try and fit in with one nutritionists "ideal diet" especially since, according to a friend of my mums who is a nutritionist, there are vastly different views within the profession about what constitutes a healthy diet.

Good luck!

Honestly i think most people on here havemore of a clue about nutrition than "nutrionists" do. (no hate)

Aww bless.

I think you should probably listen to the nutritionistas they are looking out for your best interests. I have known people who have recovered from ED's and often the reason they did not want to listen, or thought their nutritionist was evil is because they were telling them what they needed to be told.

At the end of the day though, if your weight is maintaining/increasing (are you still underweight?) then you are doingfine

That is a very good meal, as you probably only having it for a treat as well...just as long as it is factual....you never know what kind of program they have used to get there results or whether they have been tampered with. But it certainly looks Ok to me for a nice pub meal treat.
How does once per week sound?

It's the only non-diet meal that I have.

Yeh I think it will be fine, if you know you are going to be having the 600 calorie Dinner, only have a light lunch like a bowl of home-made soup or a wholemeal sandwich with low fat filling & yogurt. But yeh I certainly wouldn't worry + you will feel better for allowing yourself some luxury
