I said, not like you'd just be old and decrepit for longer. I appreciate that you would be, but personally I think the slower aging earlier would make up for it.

Saying there'd be forty/sixty years of painful decline after equivalent age forty implies that once you're past forty life is a bit not worth living. I don't think it's that bad to be over forty.

no alcoholic drinks, cigarettes, and drugs.
eat healthy, think healthy, and live healthy. haha.




[you can try eating pasta or spaghetti everyday. some say noodles make ur life longer! LOL]
