Carbs are my new best friend now. I've only been doing 200g the last few days to transition into it but it still doesn't feel like enough. I misunderstood my body as during my cut I lasted on like 50g and thought 'if I'm only eating 50 now, why do I need to eat thaaat much more on my bulk? I coulld just eat less and not get fat'. Simply I was wrong.
Brotherhood had it spot on, I'm bulking, I need the carbs. Now I'm not so sure 400 is right for me just yet but I think 200-300 is a good number to start with at least for the first month to get into things. I love eating!
you don't need more than 300g for now
once u stop gaining at 300 bump it to 350 then 400
n dont forget fats
