    You can learn to pass, or you can learn how to drive. Two very different things.

    Of proper lesson's i"d say less than 10, pass first time with only 1 minor. Just depends how much work you put in.

    Usually lessons are around £20 a hour depends what company ect....

    You can hire a dual control car with your parents or someone like that for £9 a hour.

    I had like 30 hours + :cool:

    but I know people who have passed in like 12 hours practice, so yes it's easily possible.

    TOO MANY.

    my mates bf had a toatal of 0 tho.. his dad taught him and he passed first time.
    i passded second after literally a life time of lessons lol.

    i did it in 11. but i already had a motorbike licence so alot of road experience

    I had 2 lessons and passed 1st time with 2 minors I was just a natural :cool:

    on the DSA disc i was sent, it says the average person who passes their test has 45 proffessional lessons with an instructor, and 20 hours private practice... load of ****?

    6 four hour lessons maybe?

    and ok, so you turned 17. you booked your theory test(2-3weeks), then passed that first time, then booked your practical, (6-8weeks), and still only had 6 lessons

    I had about 60 hours total. Failed the test 6 times aswell. Haha!
