It's inaccurate, and certainly doesn't compensate for the "4"
The manifesto was a bit of fun, I can write a serious one and if I were allowed to stand in the GE then you'd maybe see it.

    Absolutely beautiful and amusing speech.

Somewhat disappointing how empty the Labour benches were.

I think I have my old manifesto lying around somewhere.

I still have my cringeworthy leadership one. I can see why I didn't get elected when I read it.
You should take some inspiration from me and write your manifestos when you're drunk.

    "Vote 4 James"

Is it not clear what state I was in when that was written?

Mine was on Valentines Day so I think I ended up talking about blow jobs or something.

I would say I actually want to be elected, but hey, a drunk manifesto got you an MP seat so might try it

Well Parliament was in recess, and it was hardly some emergency like an attack on UK soil or the collapse of the UK steel industry (oh wait, nevermind).

Despite that the government benches were rather full.

It's interesting listening to Thatcher's last PMQs where a great many questions were saying that Thatcher should remain as leader, and so much more talk of defeating socialism than we have today.

Well she was the conservative party leader, having out of curiosity checked how many tories turned up to see the tributes paid to Tony Benn, as a Labour example, I can confirm that when Skinner spoke it was 12 conservative MPs.

    Equally poor show.

Watching Blair's first PMQs as leader now and it's hilarious seeing Hague with so much hair.

If that is the view you take then I can respect that actually, fair enough.

    And Hague had hair? wow

Still heavily balding, but along with how young he looks it is scary, still doesn't look like the special child like in the Flambards photo

I might have to go take a look, just one of those people I can't imagine with hair

The angle I saw was worse given it was PMQs so he was sat down and it was a high angle shot. Still doesn't look right though.

Completely agree, it looks photoshopped almost but then again I remember seeing a video of IDS in the 90s when he had hair and I was shocked

That photo is very unflattering, it makes him look like he's plotting a massacre.
