    Fear Of Missing Out
OMG I get this to the major detriment of my education - if I actually didn't like socialising so much I'd be a top student :p:

That would cost me just under £7 to print off!!!

So glad using laptops at UEA is a pretty common thing

e: That's assuming it's one slide per page. Most likely to be a third of that actually.....

Oh god I can't think about it getting worse yet! I am barely managing!

And because the amount of alcohol units I drank last week is over 100. Literally. My head and my bank balance won't allow any more.

9am PBL tomorrow and missed it on friday because I was unconscious. Need to be a better student

There's a professor on our course with severe Parkinson's - he's pioneered a technology which involves inserting an electrode into the STN to active the depleted dopaminergic neurones.. when on he functions completely normally, off he cannot even hold a cup of tea.

Woah thats a lot - multiple slides per page (6) and then duplex it? That'll be 20 pages. Ours is like £0.07 for duplex, which would be £1.40

I don't think I've ever printed off a lecture. Glance through it beforehand so you know what main concepts are being covered, make notes of what the lecturer says that isn't on the slide on paper, annotate powerpoint on computer if necessary to collate notes.

What about anatomy though? Surely you need to have the diagrams at hand to annotate?

And annotating them on the PC at home sounds like extra unneccesary work.
