    Every day is squat day?

    Nice press as well.
    5kg pb?
For the most part. How things change, eh. Used to hate squatting, now I love it.

Hit 80kg X 2 last time, although that was in a belt and today wasn't.

    Paused close grip bench -
    40kg X 1, 1
    60kg X 1, 1
    70kg X 1
    80kg X 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

    3" Deficit deadlift [beltless]
    60kg X 5, 5
    100kg X 3
    115kg X 3
    140kg X 3, 3
    160kg X 1
    180kg X 1
    200kg X 1
    220kg X 1(PB)
    230kg X 1(PB)

    180kg X 8, 6

220 felt a little grindy, 230 felt slow and really grindy. Felt as though I stiff legged it all the way up, although it probably wasn't quite that bad. Good lift is good lift though. Chuffed.

They're coming along nicely That 230 was heavy and ugly!

Nope Actually had my phone as I wanted to record some stuff, but there was nowhere to balance my phone that gave a good enough view, and nobody to film me. Meh. On the plus side, I've found somewhere I can balance my phone to record my self bench, which means I can get a lift off and film without needing 2 people, which is taking the piss a bit. Planning to bench properly tomorrow (if my elbow is feeling better) so will film that.

    60kg X 5, 5, 5
    80kg X 1, 1, 1
    90kg X 1
    95kg X 1

    125kg X 1
    132.5kg X 1 (PB)
    140kg X 1 (PB)
    100kg X 12, 6

    Pendlay row
    60kg X 5, 5, 5
    80kg X 3, 3, 3

130kg was harder than it should have been, strength was good, formed was iffy and had to correct mid rep.

    132.5kg was fast and solid

140kg was slow and grindy! But DAT 3PLATE

Decided I'm moving gyms as my current one isn't too well equipped to train for powerlifting, plus they moan at me for squatting/deadlifting so much, and tell me to stop using the rack so much (srs).

Went for a look around a gym I found close to me, much more hardcore + some very shady looking people.
    Power rack
Two platforms, although they've bolted a bench in one, could still deadlift on it though I suppose.
7 oly bars, trap bar, safety squat bar (yet I only saw 3 pairs of collars, odd)
Squat box, chains, bumpers and boards.
Hip squat machine, which looks interesting, plus finally got access to a GHR and plyo boxes.
Dumbbells up to 80kg + other stuff I'll realistically never use.
    Looks promising.

Had a quick workout while I was there, my knee has been giving me trouble the last few times I squatted and is just generally stiff and sore, tried to squat today to see how it felt, still FUBAR, patella tendonitis I think. Worked up to 100kg X 1 and my knee wasn't having it. Still stiff/sore a couple of hours after.

    OHP -
    30kg X 5
    40kg X 5
    50kg X 5
    70kg X 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

Sounds like a decent gym tbh.

When did this injury happen and how did I miss it before now?

Decent gym, very much a bro/bb gym. I think an IFBB guy trains there.

It's been a little sore the last few times I squatted, trained through it as it wasn't too bad at the time, giving me a bit more trouble now. Clicks and its pretty sore just bending during the day, let alone squatting. Think I just need to avoid squatting for a few weeks, then maybe just box squat for another week or so. Gives me time to deadlift I suppose.

My camera is bright friggin yellow, and at knee height, no idea why people insist on walking infront of it while I'm filming.
