today was better, 3 square meals

breakfast: blueberry yoghurt
lunch: brown toast, spaghetti hoops,bacon (like a late proper breakfast)
dinner: fish fingers, peas, jacket potato
snacks: clementine
drinks: two cup of tea,water

I had cereal for breakfast and I had some water before I left about 10, then bought some Coke and sipped that for 2.5 hours while I was driving, then stopped and ate a croissant (naughty naughty, full of gluten). Not sure what my Nan's cooking for dinner but its usually good

Hard-boiled eggs and half tin of beans
Oats with blueberries and some olive oil

Still to come:

Protein shake and a 'nana post-training
Chicken madras with rice
Beef steak and half tin of beans

Breakfast: Fried eggs and ham
Dinner: Made my own quiche with ham, onions and a load of other stuff. Came out delish.
I just drink water throughout the day.

Had an iced cinnamon bun for breakfast
Snacked on a few chocolate rich tea biscuits
Had a tuna sandwich for lunch
Having a pint of stella artois and waiting for my curry to arrive
will probably have a bit of white chocolate after... and maybe some red wine..

-fried egg sandwich w/ margarine on white bread
-several bites smoked cheese (forget the full name of it
-1 packet of walkers ready salted crisps
-pasta covered in margarine, melted cheddar cheese, spinach and tomatoes (enough for 3 people, carb overload..)
-a small slice of chocolate gatteau
-half a tub of hagen daz praline and creme

jeez i normally eat healthier than this

Am new to London. International student from Nigeria. Can someone just invite to try out something new? I ate just chicken & chips today because I have no idea of what to eat here. Its 2weeks plus now and can't get anything interesting to munch...arrggghhhh!!! Help!!!!!

Yesterday I had:

A slice of toast with avocado.
A slice of toast with nutella.
Half a box of microwaved vegetable chow mein from the library shop (it was awful)
Christmas cake
Salmon, spinach and a couple of slices of brown bread
Half a tub of Lotus spread (speculoos)... the stuff is incredible.
