Sweet and sour pork with rice dish (love it!)
A cereal bar and cracker with cheese

I have exams, so I find that I'm munching more than usual. I'm a total stress eater apparently. :/

2 slices polish bread with butter and jam

Lunch: falafel and haloumi wrap
Individual bag of BBQ pop chips
Small dark chocolate bar
Skinny hot chocolate and cream

Snack: buttered hot cross bun, banana, apricot yoghurt

Tea: 2 small turkey, cheese, lettuce and pickle sandwiches
Can of Baxter's tomato and rice soup

I had cereal for breakfast and nothing until about 3-4pm when I had 2 mandarins and then I had hot chips for dinner... Sah healthy

Lunch: Egg mayonnaise sandwich. Sweet & sour tofu.

Breakfast: Toasted English muffin with low fat spread, vegetarian "bacon", 1 scrambled egg & a cheese single. A cup of tea with sweetener and semi-skimmed milk.
Snack: 1 large banana milkshake. Aromatic spice & sweet chilli Indonesian crackers with sweet chilli sauce.
Dinner: Garlic pesto Quorn "chicken" with tomato cream penne & homemade garlic bread.

Drinks: Diet Pepsi.

Lunch: Wholemeal corned beef sandwich, cereal bar, few fruit pastilles, muller strawberry cheesecake yoghurt

Snacks: Thorntons chocolate, smiths chipsticks (1 packet), 3 cherry bakewells, 4 custard creams, double chocolate muffin, 2 crumpets

Tea: Potatoes, Brocolli, Carrots, Chicken, Yorkshire puddings

Today is the day I tend to comfort eat as I have 6 periods at sixth form today and don't finish till 5pm so I can't just gave my tea as soon as I feel hungry
