I meant they're nice to your face, then slate your illness in their report (in my experience that is).
In what way did they slate it?

So don't you agree that your claim would look better than mine?

I have some positive symptoms but mainly negative. Never heard voices or seen things.

They might think well we're all a bit unmotivated at times or we all get a bit shy or we all get sad...they wouldn't say we all sort of hear voices.

It's not that i don't want to work... I think that if I could it'd help me to have a life. But I'm not sure I can. I'm trying with voluntary work.

    Not trying to be aggressive

I'm just pointing out why I'm nervous.

I'm also sorry to hear that I was right in thinking you'd said you have schizophrenia with positive symptoms.
I see. Sorry if you thought I was being aggressive.

In what way did they slate it?
Just saying the opposite of everything I'd told them - if I'd said I was at constant risk of 'x' they'd say 'Wolfie is at no risk of 'x''. Or if I had 'y' and 'z' self care needs they'd say I didn't have them either. Then even weirder, they'd stick in one random thing that I'd never claimed, but they'd assert that I did have that problem! My DLA claim letters read like they're written by a particularly obtuse five-year-old.

Big shout out to this lady below, who had to calm me down after I got very bad news today. Turns out my psychiatrist really has ditched me and left me with a MALE PSYCHIATRIST. It was suspected before but confirmed today. Lord give me strength. I am FUMING  :mob:

When you're putting quotes, don't forget nice song lyrics and/or titles, as recommended listening :musicus:

Really sorry for your loss. It's always a big shock to get news like that. I need to work on my complaint letter but will try and be around to talk later in the evening if you need to

And no one believes for a second that you deserve to die in a ditch or whatever you wrote before, sweetie :nah:
I'm note really sure what her favourite songs are.

It was a guy, I'm not sure why but that bothered me more, like I barely know him and he's reading and commenting on my private business :/

In other news I'm drinking the tastiest fruitiest cocktail

and thanks. feel quite triggered tbh, thinking about the past and all that. I believe it :sadnod: that and the fact that living is an utterly pointless punishment are so constant in my head its borderline intrusive.

Only by complaining, reckons my sister (the FY2 doc one, not the older sis) So I'm gonna fight as good as I can. Have quoted NICE guidelines that they have breached

They're SO gonna wish they hadn't ****ed me over like this

Thanks hun :hugs: Sorry you're feeling very triggered. Don't feel you have to talk if talking would make it worse. I will try and come online soon though just in case. Need to talk to McDreamy anyway

They don't have to be her favourite songs. Just happy songs, that might make her smile!

Haven't had anyone comment as such, but always get when I forget I've left a tab up on the laptop of MHSS with someone else around :/

Can't imagine it being nice at all, especially with someone random. :console:

mentally and physically ****ed, im so exhausted! i need to learn to cook as well because I've been eating such a **** diet
At least cooking is easy to learn. Just start with some receipts (e.g. from a good cooking book) and then you will get a feeling for it. You can also make your own, asking others to write receipts in it for their favorite every day dishes.

counsellor has given me a weekly timetable and says i need to force myself to do things i used to like, even if i don't like it any more. also have to make a tally of all my negative thoughts, which is going to be ginormous because even on the walk home i had a mantra of "you're an idiot you suck you're ugly you're fat" repeating in my head so i don't know how much to count that for in my tally
:console: Forcing yourself... the hardest part.

i think he meant it in terms of the levels of neurotransmitters but it came out sounding like mania, which is why i don't think he was wrong per say, but he could have worded it differently?
I know to less about neurotransmitters to make any decent comment.
and i've had some of these thoughts for as long as i can remember, i don't know who i was before i had them like my mum recalls me having a massive freak out and crying and having a panic attack before my year 2 SATs when i was 7, so i was majorly concerned with not disappointing my parents and being perfect so far back that i don't know what it'd be like not being like that :erm: part of the exercise is to identify the negative thought and replace with a helpful thought - which is really hard for me because I've always thought of my negative thoughts as helpful thoughts because they push me to achieve high grades and things :/
Yeah, but there is a different to panik before your SATs and stay like that forever, wether you have SATs or not. Of course negative thoughty can be helpful, but the differences lies in the actions we take and how we call ourselves all the time. Another way you could put it, is productive worries and non-productive worries. You could also try to think of it, as you would be your own teacher. How would you think a good teacher has to teach his students? Probably not by telling them how bad their are all the day long and punishing them for every fault, in and out study time?

It's called a recipe A receipt is what you get when you buy something in a store.

I've experienced someone throwing something at me from a car too. Something is seriously wrong with some people. Hopefully it didn't hit you.

Deutsch I remember getting confused between the two myself when going from English to German

Unfortunately it did I'm not that upset by it, though definitely going to be more careful next time I'm by a bus stop... - mostly just annoying cos I think it smells slightly maybe? So I guess something alcohol-y. Got on zipped-hoodie and jeans a bit, hope it doesn't get too sticky :/

    How're you?

Ergh how annoying. :console: You're probably right not to let it upset you, I'd be really angry but yeah it's pointless letting it wind you up. I guess just throw them in the wash and hope it doesn't stain. :dontknow:

I'm pretty good thanks. Really sore from a killer hockey practice on monday but I've got more hockey tonight and tomorrow so gonna have to suck it up and get on with it. I love how much I can play here - really hoping it helps me lose the quetiapine weight. :crossedf:

Are the two words similar in German?
