If you have any sudocrem lying around then that's really good as it's soothing and also good for sunburn. Or also if you have any aloe vera gel, or maybe even some aftersun  Sorry to hear you're struggling with the motivation too. It sounds like it would be great if you could get some sleep though I appreciate that might be hard. Have you looked into sleeping tablets maybe? :hugs:
Got sudocrem but because its quite thick and my sunburns really tender been using stuff thats easier to rub in.

Id love some sleep! So tired at the moment but still having bad dreams and nightmares and waking up in the night
Yeah i do, but iv gotta be up tomorrow and socialise for lunch time and wont be good with a zopi hangover

I know, it's understandable that you want to be with everyone else :console: Though it gives more time for baking yummy things and doing fun non school related things (we still need to make that shortbread! )
I'm feeling pretty low but generally alright, thanks :hugs:

Yeah. Oh that's very true... YES! Bring on the shortbread. :gah: We must get round to this. :yep:
Sorry you're feeling low lovely. :hugs: Anythig in particular making you low? :console:

Thanks to everyone who quoted me.

Do you play lots of ceilidhs :teeth: (woo, spelt it right on only second attempt!)?
We don't do so many because we have a lot of younger kids come along and play. :yep: Still get to go along to some gigs though. Do you like ceilidhs? :ninja:

    50, How do you feel?
I feel okay. I have been on it since April though, after I was on Prozac for a year with no success. However, I found the side effects to sertraline a lot worse than Prozac. For the first two or so weeks, I felt so tired, so that i felt detached and disassociated and just plan ill. It took me a while to get used to it, but I found it has had a positive effect on me! it just is frustrating that it makes you feel so bad for a few weeks. May I ask how long you have been on it for? Xxxxxx

Yeah I get that  I sometimes put it on my face for a bit if my skin is particularly bad, and you can just bad it on and leave it for as long as possible, and then maybe get some paper tissue or something and gently wipe it off. It really is very good as it's an antiseptic too. That's true - is there any way you can cancel if you're not feeling up to it? You must put your health first :yep:

I don't know really. A combination of things - general rubbishness, Mum giving me a hard time, uni related anxiety. Feeling lower by the minute tonight though. I just hope I can sleep. How are you hun? Hope you're still on a high after your lovely night (and just for the record, THIS is an achievement that you can't deny. It must have taken great courage and you did a brilliant job in going :yep: )

Yes we must... Shortbread is an essensial depression-busting plan. :hugs:

Oh no. Sorry your mum is giving you a hard time. :hugs: Hope you're okay lovely. Will be online all night tonight if you need/ want to talk. :hugs: Dont think I'm going to get much sleep. :huff: Hoping you finally got some!
Am still feeling pretty good. MUCH better than I have been feeling. Hope it continues because I have to be a functioning human being tomorrow evening. Not sure I'd count it as an achievement - I didn't play very well. :nah: It was hard enough just turning up.

Aha, I wish I was but I have actually only been once (and that was 5 weeks ago). I get up early everyday intending on going and then I wimp out.

Yeah! For definite. We shall make this work :beard:
Thanks hun, had an okay day in comparison to most but tonight things just feel very weird. :sadnod: Oh no! I really hope you manage to sleep, maybe because you've had such a good evening, you can feel more relaxed which will help too! I'm getting some sleep but not a lot (around 4-5 hours)
Great news! :woo: Ooh, anything exciting planned for tomorrow?! Exactly it will take time to get back into the swing of things but it was a massive achievement to turn up considering how hard things have been. I hope you can take strength from this and realise how great you are at fighting through :hugs:
