but this is a place for debate!!!

Ok, I'll accept that. But it is also very far off free-market capitalism.

thats not how the mind works... Humans are illogical and would say what I said. It's the emotional response not the rational one.

Atheist, I believe that religion was needed and is a natural part of evolution but we are now evolving beyond its use.
But you're arguing thatthose 3 fears cause the fear of death. I'd say that they're the fears we put our fear of death onto.

This is the bar, it should be free from debate if wished, we are not in the chamber. Doesn't change that we are of the same opinion so if there is any debate it would be merely how far do we go?

Ok, I'll accept that. But it is also very far off free-market capitalism.
Can't say I accept that, there is no inherent maeldy structure favoured from what I said and I would argue that it is actually very close to free market capitalism.

Hmmm, just some of what you are saying would suggest otherwise without this statement to the contrary.

Animals have religion, eugenics is the only morally defendable position, no it's not, we are all equal in the animal kingdom.

Does the bar serve hot chocolate or Horlick's or bovril or something? I have an exam tomorrow and could do with a comforting drink.

"Nobody knows"

I see...

Animals don't have religion.
Eugenics isn't the right position.
Not all animals were created equal.

no, you are right. Having debated it before it is pointless... The biggest argument being hitler.

isnt free market capitalism the same as survival of the fittest, so it's the polar opposite.

Hmmm, just some of what you are saying would suggest otherwise without this statement to the contrary.

I can see how you might think that, but no. I'm a strict atheist. I do find religion as a topic really interesting though.

It makes more sense for those 3 fears to be how the fear of death manifests itself with considering the fear of death is something which you'd expect to arise independently of those 3 things.

Ahhh, you're arguing the reverse of causation I am... But that's not the case, humans aren't self aware until about aged 2 so baby's don't know that they are alive. They have these fears before they are self aware and know that they will die.

that isn't a very sound argument, after all, you've just lost the argument before it started and it's a single data point

isnt free market capitalism the same as survival of the fittest, so it's the polar opposite.
Except the market and businesses aren't people, it would be very sound to argue that more people is actually a good thing for free market capitalism, after all, more people to work and spend, specifically, more poor people that bed some of the resources such as medicine.
