In a week and a half, it'll be 5 months since UCAS processed my application.

Just checked ucas track and I've been rejected by LSE.
I thought I was going to cry but I didn't. oh well.
Sorry to hear that. What course was this for? Hope you get in somewhere else you want to go.

Law. Thanks, I'm still a bit upset but life goes on sighs. Good luck with your application though!

Are you talking about me? Well I think it came through last night at 2 am (7 pm UK time) and i saw it this afternoon. that explains everything.

Mate, you've been waiting for absolutely ages. I hope it turns out to be good news for you. Is LSE your first choice?

Haha you're telling me . LSE fluctuates between my 1st and 5th choice (I've applied for maths everywhere else and I'm not sure if I want to go through the economics at LSE, but then I don't want to go through the mechanics in a maths degree either). I'll make my mind up by visiting LSE if I get an offer.

No I dont thinks so. I only recevied two emails. one for acknowledged, one for international applicants, no further email.

Economic Historian you probably got refused feedback because getting rejected after being shortlisted just means competition was too high. Your application was good because they would have rejected you straight away if it wasn't. Therefore anyone who gets rejected after being shortlisted, it surely must mean that you are good enough but competition this year means they can't offer you a place. Only my opinion.

I've been reading this forum throughout my wait, so I thought it would only be kind to update you on my situation...

My application was processed by UCAS on December 16th.
Yesterday, I was rejected from the Actuarial Science course.
I'm seemingly still in the running for Accounting & Finance.

I hadn't/haven't received a "gathered pile" email for either course.

erm I just asked for feedback and they said it's not possible =\
    That's strange!
I sent an email to the admission office yesterday, and they said that I only need to send an email with my name, date of birth, ucas id and course code and then they'll be able to tell me what went wrong with my application..
