    Given that that 170 really wasn't that hard (I genuinely thought I'd get a 2nd) and I'd done 160x4 about 3 minutes beforehand... Not long.

    Wasn't feeling good with heavier stuff so just did 140 5x5 to finish.

    My new favourite lift. I'm thinking of training legs for strength and upper more hypertrophy focused for a while until elbow is fully healed and I can go heavy.

    That may never be the case though as I had bursitis (bacterial infection) in my left elbow a year or two ago and was told it may never be 100% again. Will see.

    got 10 reps which is a new PB

    also did some paused squats to help with doms. Nothing heavy.

    Been really busy recently so couldn't train sunday or yesterday. Had a hockey match yesterday which clearly tired my legs out a lot more than I thought because squats today were terrible.

    Been in bed ill since thurs, barely eaten and lost several kg. Obviously can't train. Very annoying. Dr hopes just a stomach bug of some sort but as its gone on for a while had bloods and microbiology so waiting for results. Getting bored of no work and no lifting.
