So I hold an unconditional in Managment/Business management in both Warwick and KCL. Really not sure which one to firm. Do I still have the possibility to get into IB if I go for KCL? I will be 21 when I start uni, so if I go for Warwick I'm afraid that I will be isolated alone in the middle of nowhere with all the kids
If you really want to go to KCL, then I'd say firm KCL and put Warwick as your insurance? In case you change your mind. I'll be 20 when I start uni, and I'm also a bit afraid of this, but I'm sure we will meet new people during sports or in different societies

Anyone heard back for PPE yet?
Yes I heard a couple of weeks ago. I don't think you should worry too much if you haven't heard back yet, but if you are then you could email the admissions office to see where your application is standing?

Good luck

hey everyone,

i'm terribly stuck between economics at Warwick and economics at Nottingham, and I would really love to talk to someone who has been to a Warwick Offer Holders Economics day or, even better, to both the Warwick and Nottingham Offer Holders days. If you could pm me with your email or facebook id or something, I would greatly appreciate it!

Offer holder for MPhys. A*AA, should be okay. Warwick are my joint second choice (alongside UCL), but behind Oxford.

I think that depending on how much I enjoy FP2 and FP3, I might switch to the MMathPhys course, but I'm not sure yet.

Does anyone else find themselves in a similar situation? Warwick is a campus uni in the middle of nowhere, whereas UCL is the polar opposite of that. Warwick is definitely cheaper to live at too, which is nice and has me considering it.

I'm concerned that Coventry might be sort of boring. One of my friends is at UoCoventry, and he says it's dead.
It's weird, UoW is near Coventry but very few students go there. Second\Third we tend to move to Leamington Spa which is a nice large town. There's everything you need there

Got accounting and finance... anyone else?

Choosing between warwick and lse now but not sure
Waiting on LSE but I've got Warwick.

If it came to it, I really don't know who I'd choose.

It comes down to London being incredible vs LSE's social life being ****, LSE being more reputable internationally, but one would have less opportunities at LSE to fill out your own CV, imo, and Warwick is cheaper.

Can you really say no to 'LSE' being written on your CV?
