I just heard that a few hundred students got their results early because of a computer error, but there doesn't seem to be anything on the BBC website about it, at least so far.

I was meant to get 90% (so an A) meaning I could afford to cock up something next year, but I feel like it could be a B or just about an A which isn't good for me because the unis I want to apply to are asking for an A*/A in maths D:

    Good luck for tomorrow!!!

You can't do that as they have no way of accepting you through the system like that as far as I know, sorry.

Yes I m afraid if you end up in your firm then that's what you ll have to do.
Couldn't they still give a verbal offer or intention of giving an offer and then you can call them back once you're officially in Clearing?

    What a crap news report.

It was Reading - they announced it on Monday http://www.reading.ac.uk/news-and-ev.../PR691935.aspx after sending the emails on Sunday morning....and it didn't actually say anything about grades just that they had their places.

IN NEED OF SOME INFO -

Basically, I applied through UCAS Clearing last month because I only got 1 offer and I didn't really like that university anymore. I just need to know whether UCAS would send my results would be sent straight to my university or if I would still have to ring them up. Their hotline is now closed so I can't call them and find out

    PQ Results Night Distraction Challenge

    HUGE REP PRIZES AVAILABLE*

    Okey dokey

To distract anyone who wants it from tomorrow - I challenge you to do the best piece of origami you can (http://www.origami-instructions.com/ seems like a reasonable place to start), write TSR on the paper and take a photo and upload to this thread.

I'll be dishing out prizes in the morning :ninjagirl:

*please note: prizes may not be huge but will be rep

    Edexcel? Awful...

It was more the stress looking back on it though. But I think most are in that position.
