Failing fork handles, could you possibly find a space for me in the Labour party. I'm doing the opposite of a James and going from right to left, something about bringing balance to the force?

Y'all know where I stand and what I stand for, if it suits you, I'm here.
Interesting. What views have changed and why?

Defraction, madrockets and LovepreetDhillon. All have resigned as they don't have enough time to be MPs.

I like to be curious about things too.
Just happened to be looking for when the announcement was made because the OP is out of date (might want to fix that) and just found this amusing, people resigning because they don't have time, just to be replaced by people that don't have the time.

The OP is up to date I think you'll find. Who doesn't have the time?

Given I'd never heard of emerald before checking some votes I would say them at the very least.

We don't have an MP called emerald. Also, I don't think the Tories should be ones criticising slightly inactive MPs. I've just looked at your respective MP list and there are 2 there I've never heard of and a few who are not that active.

Emmald, whatever, you're the one that said it was replacing those with little time for the MHoC

Firstly, you seem to be implying that I forcibly removed these MPs which is wrong. If any of these 3 had wanted to remain aw MPs, that would have been absolutely fine but they believed that they should be replaced by people who are more active in the MHoC. Secondly, Emmald does a lot of work behind the scenes (ie giving advice on party legislation) so she is not as inactive as you imply. The same goes for all of our MPs, some of whom are falsely accused of being inactive. Thirdly, do you not admit that the Tory Party also has its own inactive MPs?

I am doing no such thing, but the implication is that the replacements do have time for this place and yet at least one has never, to my knowledge, been seen in public other than to proverbially walk silently through the voting lobbies.

I know of a few people in Labour, and I won't name anyone, who have loads of time and contribute significantly to our subforum but don't venture into the main House for fear of intimidation. I admit that in the past our party, and all parties, have had some MPs who are simply voting robots but I don't believe we have 1 MP at the moment who is just a voting robot.

The point of a debating club is to debate, if you're not going to debate there is no point in being a part of it

I agree that debating is a large part of the MHoC but I would say it was more than just a debating club. For example, DanE is not the biggest debater in the House but he is a crucial part of our party as the Chair and he is excellent at creating legislation.

Corbyn is the kinda guy I'd like as a grandad. He's a great chap and would be a great PM.

I really don't like eagle but could settle for smith because he seems more competent and electable.
