Just treat it like jetlag, it's fine.

I've never had jetlag. The furthest place I've gone is Bulgaria, which is 3 hours ahead, and when I came back home I sorta missed a whole day's sleep due to late flights, waiting for morning trains, and I dodn't feel sleepy at all

    Nice.

The longest I've been is NY [twice :ninja:] and it's not too bad there or back.

Going to NZ might be different.

Apart from the 1hr difference to France/Austria I've only been to Florida (5hrs if I remember) but that was ages ago... My body clock got messed up in my first year at uni so I couldn't sleep before 2.30 at the earliest, no matter what time I had to be up in the morning... Luckily being really ill the day I got home sorted that out for me!

Staying overnight at the airport for two nights (one before I go, one before I come back) from Italy should be interesting!

Yeah, I got into a similar pattern at uni - that's still in force over a year later! I can't go to bed before midnight, tis annoying.

However, I can sleep in whenever I want:p:

Got to get used to about 5hrs sleep a night at Cranditz, yaaaaaaaaay :indiff:

Oh, so nothing out of the ordinary then :p:

However if you were talking about groping dead bodies then I'd be mildly worried.

No you can't, and no, you didn't miss anything.
