If you're genuinely struggling to incorporate more calories into your diet, try eating a full meal! The way you're doing things isn't good and I think you know that. Do you use myfitnesspal? It should be able to give you an idea of what you should be eating to lose weight but stay healthy.
I had to make room for the chocolate cake my sister had for her birthday.

I've been eating 1500 calories a day tops for a few months now, and I have lost a stone but after seriously falling off the wagon yesterday and subsequently feeling miserable I realised that restricting my food intake at 16 really wasn't very smart. So I've been eating normally today and I feel sooo much better

Breakfast:
2x slice of granary toast with low fat spread, mango & apple juice.

Lunch:
Irwin's sandwich thin with a bacon medallion and a little chicken.
Honey flavour Greek yoghurt, some raspberries and grapes and a packet of quavers.

Snack:
Oat Belvita breakfast biscuits

Dinner:
Had a BBQ for the first time in years; had a beef burger, a sausage, a little savory rice and some salad. Mini magnum for dessert

Snack:
Eating some cherries and grapes as I write this, yummers. Also will have a kit kat.

Breakfast - Cheese and Ham toastie (Warburton's Soft White Farmhouse, Bernard Matthew's Turkey Ham and a mixture of pre-packed and sliced Emmental and Maasdam Cheese topped with a dollop of Asda's Tomato Ketchup then put into the microwave for 50 seconds.

Lunch - Cheese & Onion sandwich (Same bread as breakfast but with Aldi's Cheese & Onion sandwich filler and same tomato ketchup as breakfast) served with Asda's own version of McCoys - Cheddar and Onion flavour.

Tea - my aunty had made chicken pasta salad for her lunch at work but forgot to take it and didn't want it so I had it instead. (It had pasta, pre-packed BBQ Chicken chunks, red onion, radishes, grated carrot, lettuce and tomatoes) It didn't taste as nice as I want it because A) she doesn't put dressing on it and B) it was left in the fridge for over 24 hours so it tasted plastic-y.

For snack I had a McVities Medley bar - the double chocolate HobNob to be precise.

To drink I've had: 3 pint glasses of Barrs' Irn Bru and 1 half pint glass of Sunkist Orange. I've also had water too

Found the nicest Cafe opposite TSF towers in Brighton. Called Sue's snacks.

Sells just really nice rolls etc and sure beats buying the Tesco meal deal each day.

Had a BLT in a baguette yesterday with HP sauce and the same with sausage the day before. Lovely.

Dunno what i'll have today.
