could the lunch be taken within half an hour? Coz I have to take my TSA at 1pm...
Yeah, you should be fine. The canteen is pretty quick and there isn't many students there at the moment, so no waiting. Also I think they do packaged sandwiches so if you're in a hurry you could eat half before and keep the rest.

    Good luck

50 mts from st John's entrance -towards high street there is Bangladeshi /Indian restaurant. Good food. Owner told me Rajiv Gandhi and Sonia were his customers when Rajiv was student.
Really really?! The owner might just be trying to big it up! Thanks for all your replies guys!

There are loads of restaurants if you want to go to the effort of finding one, however I'd just go to the canteen. Its called the Buttery (and despite serving rather buttery food) it's nice, free on your interview and you certainly wouldn't starve. Plus you'll get a chance to see some other students, or at least poison your competitors ...

Dinner tickets are 12 till 1:30 but I think the Buttery is open longer than that. ?
sounds like an opportuniy I wouldn't want to miss!:yep:

To those who did an admissions test like the TSA, did they tell you how well you did?

I blanked out at one question during my subject interview, and i had such a great response... i want to send the interviewer a mail, explaining i was nervous and this is my actual answer - do you think it will damage my chances? because just sending that mail will relieve me so much..
    do you think i should?

No don't email them! They understand you were nervous. I did the same, I got reallyyyy nervous and my mind went blank on the most simplistic question.
    They understand.

They send out responses on Jan 2nd I think, so we should get them either on the 3rd (which is a Saturday) or the 5th

Nope, only by post I believe. The dates I claimed were for UK students only though - just realised you may be international.

If you are, then the post will obviously take longer to arrive, but I think a few days after other people have gotten responses, you can ring up the admissions office to ask about your decision. I stand to be corrected though.

ugh damn, it takes 2 weeks for any regular mail to come here -
but they have to update it on UCAS at some point too dont they?

I'm sure you would be able to ring up and find out sooner than that. UCAS would probably take just as long, if not longer.

BTW what course are you applying for?
