    Look, we are actually digressing here. this is a RECOMMENDATION based on what I know. if the OP would rather have a solid machine, well, bang for buck go for the Macbook. The customer in the end is always right. If they really want a particular system, well then somebody elses recommendation is useless anyway.

    That as an alternative to an MBA? WTF. its got a pentium dual core processor. Not even CULV ffs. And integrated graphics.
    You could at least have suggested an acer timeline or some other thin and light.

    yeah i don't know much about computers that was just a suggestion for a cheaper laptop.
