    Mate where are you looking? You should be looking in the raw classification at the bottom IPF is equipped, they're in LBS! Your easily above class IV

    Also for funsies erg: sub 7 minutes 2k although really I want this by september

    Goals are a little ambitious I feel but with a bit of luck and a lot of food it should be fine

    Going to start starting strength when i go back to uni and not worked out what it SHOULD get me but my aim by summer is to get 60 bench with squat about 80 and Deadlift about 100..

    Also, am 60kg right now so looking to get up to about 75 and then cut back down to about 70 and then be the same BF% as now but with more muscle... That's the theory anyway...

    End of year goals:

    Seems i epically underestimated what i could do in a year although Arturo Bandini did tell me this when i posted my goals at the beginning. Holiday then a bit of pissing about to come this year.

    These all depend on how much muscle i lose when holidaying in Asia for like 2 months though so i could smash them or get nowhere near...

    Muscle depletion usually happens say if you don't do any workout for about four weeks.. I have been off training for like six months(been on /off where last year I would hit five times a day it went down to once a week!).. FEEL **** Going to start training next month...
    It's goes either way two months is a big(8 weeks) gap though it depends on ones metabolism...

    I also want to lose some fat. Currently weigh 78kg, would like to get that down to 68kg and hopefully that will give me a bit of definition.
    Not lost fat yet. Care more about getting strong tbh.

    Realised I didn't set new goals.

    Squat: 1 x bodyweight (let's say 85kg, as that is slightly over my BW)
    Bench Press: 1 x 57.5kg
    Deadlift: 1 x 110kg
    Military Press: 1 x 40kg (I think this is pretty ambitious since I haven't hit 30 yet, but we'll see)

    Also gonna add the target of doing more Oly Lifting. Maybe do a 35kg snatch. Haven't actually tried C+J yet so I can't have a target for that.

    not really set myself any goals this year, would like to get up at 14st6lbs at a reasonable BF...peak weight was 15st4lbs..currently 13st4lbs at about 11% BF

    Squat - 120kg (current ~ 90kg)

    Deadlift - 160kg (current ~ 125kg)

    Bench Press - 100kg (current = 87.5kg)

    Strict Press = 70kg (current ~ 60kg)

    Would also like to learn to power clean reasonably.
