    I'm from Scotland and have almost finished my highers (similar to AS), so I'll make a contribution.
    Modern Studies - 4 essays in 90 minutes, aka 22 minutes per essay for Paper 1. In addition, the sheer number of statistics and examples you have to learn is ridiculous, and some of the topics can be mind-numbingly dull
    English - Close reading is perhaps the most tedious exercise known to man. I also dislike how we're not allowed to bring unannotated versions of our texts into the exam with us, and of course, the 90 minute time limit in which to write 2 decent critical essays. The marking is also horribly subjective and you can never really gauge how well you've done.

    Well, my least favourite is Chemistry...

    In terms of getting frustrated because I can never do any of it - maths

    In terms of finding the subject very tedious as it basically just consists of memorising essays and not actually learning - psychology

    One subject I hated back in High-School was science, fml.
