Ouch thats going to be fun I have three on Tuesday too but I get an hour between the first two ^^ the rest is quite nice with big breaks or better yet, only one lecture a day
Do you know if there's a reading list for PPE?
Your lucky enough to have a break on Tuesday :/. I thankfully have an off on Friday as well :P. The e-induction said reading lists would be available on Moodle once the course starts. I would imagine they want us to settle in and then bother about the academic part of it . I'm puzzled about the orientation part of the whole thing as yet. I absolutely abhor the thought of going to 3 separate talks :/

I guess that's what we get for taking three major subjects I'm more scared about things clashing or having no time to really socialise with any specific subject group because I'll be trying to be everywhere

No reading lists as yet I'm afraid. On the e-induction it said reading lists would be available on Moodle after the course starts. At least you have a break on Tiesdays unlike me who has to sit in the same class for 3 hours -_-.

Is it not even different subjects? I didn't think you could have 3 hours of the same class o.o

I suppose it is. I presume there will be time to socialise and join a few clubs though. That could turn the tide on a bleak Tuesday hopefully :P

Also I so glad I've come across this. I'm not into drinking either and am not a club goer either, except I might go to some during freshers week in order to meet people and get to know people better but I am so glad there are some like minded people, I was afraid I was going to be the only one.

Yeah I think going to the events are necessary just for the social side but I'm sure they won't be so bad, they could even be fun if you're with others who aren't there just to get drunk or have sex ^^

It's about 3-3 1/2 hours for me too so I'm not looking forward to that but I'm going up the night before and staying in Blackpool to see what all the fuss is about I can't see myself packing until Friday night and then realising what I haven't got ^^

A blissfully sunny week is a good excuse to remain outdoors and postpone the mundane activity of packing to the weekend :P Although I'll be travelling on Sunday itself, I might repent later realising I've left behind a considerable number of things.
