That is currently my dilemma. I have a job that I have been working to get since I was 12, but it's in a town outside of Toronto, whereas my boyfriend is in England. I'm leaving the job because there is work elsewhere that I will enjoy, but my boyfriend only exists in one place and really can't pick up and move to Canada.

Nope. Not unless I had been with her for years and I knew there was an almost guaranteed wedding on the horizon. Any girl right now would not take priority over my career.

I would, if I loved him truly. Though I think it'd also depend on a lot of other factors like what next, level of commitment on his part, etc...
