I got up late so had a toasted muffin, a toasted fruit and fibre bagel, and a slice of my mum's homemade ginger cake.

Not eaten since no idea what to have for tea either!

three weetabix with almond milk and jam, warmed up in the microwave
tea with almond milk
camomile, honey and vanilla tea
a tin of Heinz Spaghetti and Sausages, with a bit of cheese on top (is it just me or are they way more generous with the sausages in the spaghetti compared to the beans?)
raisin and hazelnut frusli bar
granny smith apple
belvita milk and cereals breakfast biscuits
SALAAAAD (Moroccan style hummus, little gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, pickled beetroot and celery) :love:

Always end up eating loads when i work a long shift!

Breakfast: 2 slices of toasted fruit bread & butter (my new favourite thing :love:)

Tea break 1: rocky biscuit

Lunch: Chicken salad on wholemeal bread, 3x reeses cups, some apple slices

Tea break 2: fruitella

Dinner: baked salmon with lemon and tarragon, new potatoes & sweetcorn

Dessert: chocolate eclair

Supper: another 2 slices of toasted fruit bread & butter...

woops.

Breakfast: 3 Slices of Crumbed Ham (90 calories)
Rice Krispie Square (119 calories)
Sugar Free Appleade (3 calories)

Lunch: Prawns with sweetcorn ( 120 calories)

Dinner: Chicken and broccoli (210 calories )
Tube of Smarties (180 calories)

And then plenty of beers. And then Pretzels and a cookie.

This is 1740 calories in total. OH GOD I FEEL LIKE SUCH A DISGUSTING PIG, THIS IS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE, I'VE EATEN SO MUCH THAT I'VE BECOME SOME SORT OF LEGENDARY TSUNAMI OF FAT.

I also had "soul food" because Jamaican family.

Yesterday however was my usual bland but strategically nutritious cooking

Breakfast: Jam and toast

Dinner: lean pork loin, a handful of rice and a ton of vegetables

Lunch: 2 grilled chicken kebabs in wholemeal bread

Tried to bake a banana cake but it ended up tasting like an omelette.

Breakfast: Branflakes and fruit

Lunch: Beans and scrambled egg on toast

Dinner: Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, pepper and cream filling, wrapped in parma ham with caramelsed red cabbage and vinegar side with asparagus and mashed potato.

And chocolate cake!!
