    Bent over rows - 52.5kg (5x5) PB
    DB Shrugs - 25kg (3x12)
    One arm Pushdowns
    Hammer curls - 12.5kg (3x5) followed by 10kg (2x8)
    Side raises - 5kg (3x8)
