Which medical schools are involved varies, check the admission threads this year to find who made a mess of their interviews. 4 years ago does not match today's standards. It will not happen today. Some medical schools that asked for AAB now ask for a minimum of AAA. Times have changed.
And although there is no clearing there have been reports here of people getting in when rejected earlier, usually someone who was interviewed though. Can't say if they are true or fake.
