For me your approach I flawed. Some men will like small boobs, some will like big boobs and others wont really care either way. However, in the end, its your body and you have to live with it.

If you want to get a boob Jo go ahead, if you dont, well don't but basing your decision on the hope of attracting a non-existent sexual partner with the amalgamated opinions of 20-30 people on the internet is a silly idea.

Boobs have nothing to do with portraying yourself as a beautiful, confidant person. I'm B cup but I'm happy and that comes across. That vast majority of men don't like fake boobs.

Just remember to be happy and confident in yourself and realise that- more than a handful is just a waste.

She looked amazing on that! She has a perfect face though.
Yes, she has a nice face alright but whether it's perfect or not I don't know. What does a perfect face look like anyway? Sometimes she can look a bit odd. But they say that real beauty lies in ones imperfections - That's what attracts us apparently. Strange but after thinking on it, I think there is truth in that. If a person is too stereotypically beautiful, where is the individuality that initially holds our attention and ultimately ends up capturing our heart. Beauty is relative and subjective. The dart of love penetrates beyond stereotypes.

There are more cons of small than large. The bullying that women get for small breasts is ridiculous.

Also- women with small breasts get stared at (but in a negative way) and it is also difficult for us to fit into flattering clothes.
That's also quite an ignorant statement, as many large-breasted women get stared at and for the wrong reasons. Not only that, but it's just as difficult finding clothes to fit big boobs without increasing your entire dress size. At least small-boobed ladies can wear low-cut tops and dresses and look classy.

I read through the whole thread and responded to most of it in turn but haven't quoted it all as you can see.

The shape of my boobs are disgusting though. Which is why I am thinking about whether a good boob job is better than small boobs.
Sounds like you might need a therapist more than a boob job.

Either that or you need to repress your anxiety and low self-esteem and either get naked with a guy you could trust to be honest and find out what they think if you really want an unbiased opinion or try posting a picture anonymously to a different site which is more suited to this kind of thing. There are places that I could recommend but wouldn't be suitable for this thread. And gauge the feedback from that.

I think I'd go with the former personally because even if your fears are founded that doesn't mean you have to have low self-esteem about it or care so much about it. I can't say I can truly understand what you're going through but from societal standards of beauty I haven't got the best male upper body. No pecs to speak of and I think smaller arm muscles. I won't pretend it doesn't bother me a tiny bit but for the most part I don't really care. I'd rather have someone accept me for who I am. The idea that bigger boobs are better is an urban myth. There's little to no truth in it. It's not a fact.

I'm not sure if your fears are imagined or not, being a guy. I'd lean towards thinking they're at least exaggerated.

Honestly when it comes to boob size I'm not sure I care all that much personally and I couldn't even tell you what exactly was average anyway but if I had to guess I'd have to say I have slight preference for smaller if anything but as others have said size isn't all that important. I put more preference into skin tone, shape and nipple and areola shape and colour if I'm honest but I'm not sure I've yet met a woman with breasts I find unattractive despite this. As a guy you do get a sense after a while, if you look in the right places(not professional porn sites really), what to expect what a woman's breasts look like naked but there are some slight surprises but honestly it doesn't really make a difference. And the woman I felt strongest for was quite "flat chested". I hate the term personally because there's nothing wrong with it. And if it makes a difference in many ways I liked it about her and that it suited her.

People stare at small boobs as well, but more of in shock. I have had people stare and laugh or look confused.

I never said big boobs are always good but they are considered better than small boobs in society. Thats a fact, sorry.
Well looking at the range of answers here, it's clearly not a fact. Just because you've been bullied for having small boobs (which is highly immature so don't surround yourself with such idiots), doesn't mean it's a reflection on the whole of society.

I think your dead-set outlook on it is pretty much ridiculous.

Natural all the way. Although I prefer larger breasts, fake ones really aren't the way to go! All those thousands for silicone implants, scarring, reduced sensation? Plus I can't imagine they feel much like natural fatty tissue to the touch.

Also, I saw you mention your waist being 27 inches, for your height I think that's a normal to small sized waist. For comparison, my waist is 25 inches and I'm fairly petite, so there's not much difference there. Chin up I'd LOVE to be like, a 32D or a 32E cup, but that's not what I've got and, as I would never consider breast surgery, there's nothing I can do! So just love your breasts as they are Think of the other good things about them, how they make you look elegant, how you like the shape/perkiness, how you like the size of your nipples or whatever  At least you're not completely flat, after all! Size isn't the be all and end all and there's no point in crying over what you haven't got ... :dong:

If I were the OP, I'd be annoyed as she has already said that she doesn't like the shape of her breasts or her nipples, and people keep telling her to focus on how the shape is better because they are smaller.

But anyway, OP, I would prefer small and natural over bigger but fake.

I like small - medium boobs normally anyway.

I feel a lot of negativity on this thread from big breasted women. I have said before that women with small clothing have difficulty finding flattering clothes. Also, a women wearing low-cut dresses etc will get backhanded compliments like 'you're lucky you have small boobs you can get away with that'

Who here has given you negativity? Maybe you're being a bit sensitive because you've received a couple of comments in the past, but no-one here is bashing you other than people saying you just don't want to listen to opinions that different to yours.

I think you're making assumptions and sweeping generalisations here. I will say it again, just as small-breasted women might have difficulty finding flattering clothes, so too do big-breasted women. And who said that was a backhanded compliment? You're reading way too much into it.

Small-breasted women are not the only ones with "problems", so I'd suggest you stop making yourself more of a victim and realise everyone, regardless of breast size, has issues. All you can do is be confident in yourself and realise that those making negative comments are immature to place so much importance on 2 balls of chest fat.

Easy to say 'just be confident' if you do not have body image issues.

Are you mainly concerned about how you look with your clothes on or without?

Because with clothes on, obviously bras can augment and shape as you already know.

Without clothes on, clearly you cannot hide from what is there. But frankly, if a man has got that far, they are clearly already attracted to you, and will be 'happy' to have you naked anyway. He'll be far too busy thinking of other things to look for imperfections.

I dont see why we have to jump to counselling?

Not being happy with how you look is not that strange, in fact its pretty normal, as is going out of your way to change it.

Save for some medical conditions I doubt anyone here is qualified to diagnose (especially in this format) then I dont think people should be judged or prevented from making a decision to change the way they look.

Anything below a C is basically non-existent. I like the D-E range personally. After an E they just start sagging, but I've encountered some wonderfully perky D cups.
