Every aspiration I had on certain careers were all killed, so I don't know (and won't know for a long time). What makes it even difficult is the fact that I'm interested in so many areas, and have no motivation at all :cry2:

Theoretical Physicist. 100%. I changed my mind A LOT before I found TP, which I think is important. Keep changing your mind, keep looking for new things, otherwise you'll probably never find that career that you love.

I don't want a career. I just want enough money and time to dedicate to the things I am passionate about.

Want to go into civil engineering, not sure what career but in that field, want to specialise in infrastructure and disaster risk. I was like you being indecisive for the year as I had 5 courses I was interested in but they all got wittled down from reasons such as a dying industry to the course being utterly boring from how it looked at the open day.

Always wanted to be a teacher, since I was a child which is weird. The only way I've expanded on what I could possibly do is the idea of being a home tutor or personal tutor for people with learning disabilities or disorders like dyslexia

I know what I want to do, but I just can't get into it. At the moment I'd be happy doing absolutely anything just to be doing an internship.

I had hoped on being a professional pornstar, but my penis is too small, so I think I'll have to settle for being a doctor.

I swear I must be the most indecisive person in history. I have changed my mind so many times in terms of what career I'd like to go into, so I'm hoping I finally stick to what's appealing at the moment. Are you certain on what you'd like to do? If so, what is it? To those already in a full time job, is it what you hoped to do for a while?
    absolutely none

I know I want to get into the law profession. Either solicitor or Barrister. Barrister is the preferred choice.
Make sure you have a plan B.

How is the job hunting going?

    (Original post by abc:))
Nope, the first thing I ever wanted to be was an astronaut. Then I learned you had to be good at science. Since then I've gone through the army, a stripper, a model, a midwife, a police officer, a translator, a lawyer, a doctor, a nurse, a social worker, an artist, a spy... I'm now 22 and god knows what I'll end up doing.

    PS - these aren't chronological. I didn't decide at 22 that I wanted to be a spy.
It reminds me the beginning of Scary Movie 3.

For the past year I've been thinking going down the Nuclear Energy path. However now I've decided to apply to a range of masters that are somewhat interesting and local, analytical forensic chemistry, environmental safety and management, nuclear energy/ technology. And might apply for gas and oil geoscience (what I was going to do before I settled on nuclear). Hopefully I get lots of offers with bursarys/ scholarships so I can choose, but I doubt it.

I've been undecided what to do for years, I know I want it to be sciency, but not a clue really. I have lots of interests.
