    Nah, it's a right laugh

    But I don't wannnaaa
A horror film is not defined by what scares/repulses sophiesmall... which seems to be nothing

Alien is a horror film whether you like it or not. Seems to be you are not overtly fussed bu9ot horror for horrors sake but you like other aspects in lots of films containing horror. So for that reason you shouldn't rule out a whole heap of films just because they are horror films or have horror in them.

    28 days later.

It actually has a good plot, good acting etc. etc.

Don't confuse it with 28 weeks later.

True. I'm slowly collecting them on DVD, have seen a few at my local film festival and they showed most of them on Film4 earlier this year around March so I got my brother to record them on Sky Plus and we watched them when I came home from uni at Easter. They occasionally come on TV so watch out for that
So far I've got Grave of the Fireflies (cried like...the whole way through), Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away on DVD

When someone says "horror film" 9/10 they're talking about films like paranormal activity, sinister and insidious. That is what I meant by not a horror film. Because whenever I ask people what horror films they like, they are the answers I get. And honestly, those films are pretty much all the same cookie cutter, unoriginal, predictable, bad acting nonsense.

I liked both of them, though I did prefer 28 days later. Better plot and better acting. I just love love zombie flicks...that aren't terrible. Which to me terrible constitutes as bad acting and bad visual effects, I'll let most other things off just for zombies though.

Only had a sore throat for the past couple of days, so thought it would pass quickly. Woke up this morning feeling sooo ill. Horrible stomach pains, blocked nose, a cough , sore throat still, pounding ears and my skin hurts to touch.

This sucks Someone recommend me some movies or something...not chick flicks or romances, hate those. Or horrors :P sorry queen bee.
Sorry for you! I hope you get better!

I would personally recommend Orphan Black (A series about clones, high quality!)
About movies, I really liked Cloud Atlas, About Time, Predestination and the book thief!

Your welcome. Rather ironic since I do learn a Classical/Old language . I've been wanting to change it but unsure what to.
