I'd like to stay a signatory of the ECHR (until the endgame of a global socialist superstate is reached - I realise I sound alarmingly like Aph here). Everything will end up being the state's anyway but this way it's legal.

You do realise that the one thing with being a dictator is the whole "screw the rules" bit?

I don't think there's an enshrined right to democracy but I could be wrong.

A large portion of the house does since they seem to like pushing for things that at least appear democratic over things that work better.
