Your arse must be pretty greased from last year, then.
Actually it was a Tory complaining about the last few parliaments

No, I'm suggesting that if you'd played the game right it would be Con-UKIP-Liberal or Con-UKIP-Green/Socialists. I'm not an idiot, JD, contrary to your beliefs of me. I can count.
So you would rather we had a repeat of the second coalition last term that cannot function? Or do you seriously think any of those proposals are tenable?

Why on earth would you have a government combining vastly different ideologies? The end result of that type of government will be the same for the failure of this current government.

I wouldn't call it confusion, at the end of the day I'd still go with what Life_peer wants as I'm sure most would.
So you wouldn't call it confusion questioning your leader publicly and challenging him on potential coalition partners and then backtracking soon after? It's a very quick U-turn to publicly suggest the Liberals and then backtrack and become obsequious towards Life_peer and the option of keeping the doors open. Or alternatively, perhaps you've backtracked because there is no plan to join with the Liberals, despite many of us in the Liberals finding ourselves aligned more with the Right? In this case, is this MONC simply because the Right hate Labour and want to punish the Liberals for not playing ball and joining with them?

Please tell me then what a Tory government would have achieved by this point, I'm dying to know!
Wouldn't have been a solely Tory government in any case. But if part of a coalition, we would've ensured a hell of a lot more happened, and made sure we held those who weren't pulling their weight accountable.

I have noted that the real life parliament did not sit once after midnight in 2014/2015, although did have 16 sittings continuing after 10PM. I can foresee this being a post midnight one. But, good solid debate is what we want in this house, and whether its 2am or 2pm, so be it [Actually, its better to be 2PM as I'd rather be in my bed by 2am]
Sleep is irrelevant in this case

You are an average right-winger though, you've perceived a problem, been shown a way to solve it, and refused to do so.
You're average left-wingers with a generous offer. If you decide to be men, feel free to contact me by the end of Sunday with your resignation. I don't want to be nasty any more so that's that. I'd appreciate if we could continue using more objective and less personal argumentation.

What do you wish to gain out of this ****, fellas? Are we going to continue VoNC after VoNC?

Swear to God, it's like primary and secondary school all over again.

No. If we have a left government who actually does something, then we would have no reason to MoNC.

    Nay.

As much as i agree that this government has been little better than average at best, i will not vote for a MoNC which is largely based on subjectivity. Voting for this because they've withdrawn bills and have made documents with questionable fact checking is not sufficient reason to bring down a government.

Surprised at some of the names backing this.

This is the most absurd and outrageous thing I have seen on TSR. It is a right wing movement to plunge the MHoC into chaos. I am pleading everyone to say Nay.
Don't tar the right with the same brush, not least given recent actions of the left in recent terms.

How far does it have to go then, them literally doing nothing?

Well, if you're going to give me top marks for whinging - please do tell me where in this thread I have 'whinged', then I suppose I should give you top marks for debating - wouldn't want to lie though!

The best thing about that line is how oftennitnis applicable to you and the government. When you tried playing the victim earlier for not being able to find an hour in 3000 did we say "cry me a river"? No.

I must say the maturity is on point.

I'm yet to read pages 2 and 3 so i'll probably edit this post (will qfa again if i do) but actually i suspect that Labour right now are probably viewed in more positive terms than the Liberals.
