Hmmm well at GCSE, I didn't get anything on the day apart from the well dones and everything but I got to go to a concert a while after though ! Ticket was around £50 or so (meet and greet included) so yeah I was happy! This year, getting into uni will be the gift haha xD

I got a uni place. The results slip was very confusing and I got a grade I didn't think was possible so I didn't find out for sure until A-level results day.

I get what you mean, the physicality of them getting you something or treating you to something is much nicer and more thoughtful than a wadd of cash. Reading tickets, you're so lucky omg! Yeah i think i'm gonna make her a cake, get her a card and maybe this pair of jeans i know she wants from topshop
well i don't know if i'l get them but i really want to go haha
that sounds really nice! very thoughtful which means alot

All I had was "well done, but lets not make too much of a fuss" at GCSE's because they knew I'd do well and my stepsister was resitting her GCSE's so they wanted the focus to be on her...
Got nothing at AS because again they didn't want to make a fuss and I didn't do so well. just getting into A2 Maths was reward enough for me
