They claim all possible benefits amounting to over £20k a year and don't spend them on what they should be spent on so they waste money, use food banks and emergency money to live, and splash cash on luxuries. The whole benefits culture makes me sick. They all need to actually start working for a living by setting up their own company and finding a job.

Yes this laziness is just unhealthy expecting other people to pay for you and your kids without lifting a finger is just baffeling. No wonder other genuine benefit claimants get the same stigma attached to them

There is something wrong with the system when a school drop out who has failed her GCSE can live on more than someone who has a PHD!
Fml they even get discounts for water bills, council tax, no rent even theough they clearly could make a small countribution it explains why they are always changing their kitchen every year--
Someone who's single get s like 50 quid a week and they expect them to survive on that I think the system is unfair and rewards people who have chosen a career on benefits by having sooo many kids
You're comparing two completely different situations.

Many people on benefits still have to make a contribution to their council tax. My local council, you have to make a 20% contribution.

And not everyone gets the amounts quoted. I certainly don't.

I love the brew of class war and hatred you 2 have spouted out. It really does show how you want to continue the punishment on the least able and move away from a equal society.

In the eyes of the Conservative Government a severely disabled person doing their fair share of work is actually a striver but here you 2 are whining about the £17,000 in welfare these handicap people get and the £5500 of annual wages they receive on top due to the hard work their doing.

Then you 2 start ranting about money being misspent. food banks being used and luxuries being obtained.

    1. Disabled people can spend their wages on what they dam well like. Its not like they need the thought police round.
    2. Disabled people spend their PIP money on their caring needs.
    3. Disabled people spend their ESA for their day to day living.

But I see what your trying to do. Your trying to say look over here at these people and how they are getting more money than us hard working people. Disgrace etc etc.

You are doing no different than this WW2 poster made by the Nazis and my fellow TSR comrades will support me on this.

This is what Neo-Liberalism and Austerity economics has developed. Selfish individuals who would rather kick the Disabled & Elderly into the streets than work towards an ideal society.

    You make me sick.

If people can't manage their money and they can't apply their skills to generate money they deserve to be poor. If people don't bother working at school (school is free) then the people deserve everything they get. No one is a special person. We all have to work hard in our lives for stuff we want. I have sympathy for the disabled but disabled people are small in number. The benefit wasters are the people who claim child benefit, tax credits and stuff like White Dee and people on benefits street. More power to the middle and upper classes!

You should try reading yourself through other people's eyes. You come across as an ignorant sanctimonious prat without a clue about the reality of other people's lives.

The people who have all these luxuries are usually up to their eyeballs in payday loans and are forever cashing things in and out of pawn shops, or they're working on the side.

The ones who aren't doing the above are fiddling(the holy grail being to get on disability) which is getting kicked into touch by the govt. It's hard enough now for genuine claimants to get help without being sanctioned for trivial reasons.

I'm 100% behind the future limiting of benefits to two children as it's the only way to stop people having kids for the sole purpose of claiming, however targeting of the genuinely disabled is stain on society IMO.

To be honest people like Madeline are exactly the type who got Adolf Hitler into power. Hitler was popular with the Middle and Upper classes. He basically played on peoples worse fears and pitched everyone against minorities one by one as scapegoats.

Thing is with the raise of the internet there are more working classes than there are middle classes.

People like Madeline are really struggling here to get their war on the poor started.

So the rest of your life should be determined by the choices you made at 13? What's unfortunate is, to some extent, that's already true. You seem to be very unaware as to where benefits are going; there aren't millions of White Dee like people out there bleeding us dry.

    Maybe they cheat the system?

Also I'm from a single parent family with 3 other siblings. My mum claims benefits and works 5 days a week day and night and I can safely say we cannot afford to go on holiday, so who ever these people are clearly have money coming in from somewhere else.
