We do not have any other ideas of what this could be until Monday.
    But surely the height of the boat wont matter, as if for example to bridge of sighs needs 2.5m to 6m of tidal water no matter what the height of the boat it has to be 6m of tidal water or less. If that's right then clearance would be a statement making sure that the tide is less than 6m to say yes and if it isn't then no?
