The transplant fell through my papa got admitted to hospital for it but when they opened up the donor his organs and tissues were too far gone so no one got any organs from the donor so we are back at square one now. My papa is still at the top of the transplant list though and we've been told to remain on permanent stand by to take him back to Glasgow if they find another match. Docs are hopeful they'll find another match for him within a month or so

I always used to follow the 3 drains thing, until I started working in London and it became basically impossible.

I can't say that I really believe any of them though.

I believe that walking under a ladder is bad luck.

    Statistically, that is.

Ladders that are in an upright position are statistically likely to be used. People that are using ladders are statistically more likely to be doing work in high up places.

Walking under people doing work in high up places makes you statistically more likely to have something fall on you from high places. Things falling on your head from high places are statistically more likely to injure you than not having things fall on your head from high places.

I'm just superstitious about walking under ladders, I guess.

When I was younger even my late teens everytime I walked under a ladder had problems, as simple as when I was at school having one of the best days in weeks to walking under a ladder to be given detention/punishment for something I didnt do, a seperate punishment when someone fell over and claimed I tripped them up. can't remember the other thing but I was innocent of all 3 things (and that is the everything comes in threes scenario)

Oh it was Friday the 13th a few days ago. I didn't even notice. Explains why my French exam had questions in Italian and I answered them all in incorrect Spanish...

    nah just kidding

I opened a black umbrella indoors once and some girls near me suddenly started freaking out. The next day I overheard them complaining about all these terrible things that had happened to them... I think that bad things only happen if you believe they're going to happen. I was completely fine.

When I'm in a bad mood, bad things tend to happen. When I'm in a good mood, good things happen. So the logical thing is to just believe in yourself and you'll be ok. (Don't be like me and convince yourself everything is terrible half the time!)
