    No problem!

    I used this sheet -

    Semiconductors and Diodes - https://5c7c61040ec4753636154661beba...r%20Diodes.pdf

Transistors don't appear to be on the spec so I don't think you have to know about them

If you want more of these sheets for AS and A2 go here -

    http://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/physics-revision/

Click on AQA under 'A-Levels from 2015' then on any of the sections then look under 'Notes-with Questions' on the left of the page
Is any board fine or do you prefer AQA

Thanks a lot. Really short and simple. Is that all we need to learn?

If not, I would have banged my head with zener effect, avalanche effect, doping, transistors, logic gates and what not.

    Really appreciate it.

I don't think there is Semiconductors and diodes in some other board. At least not in edexcel.

I don't think they'd ask all that would they, I have some short notes on doping tho that my teacher gave on conductors lesson

Have you practised finding equivalent resistance with infinite number of resistors and with some redundant resistors that should not be taken into account?

I haven't done infinite resistors but for the latter I Remember a cie question that sort of involves that
Do link me if you find any of these type sound interesting

No, you don't have to learn all of those.

Following is the link on what you should learn. Make sure to ignore (if you wish) the sections you don't need.
Page 1 : Learn all of it.
Page 2 : Ignore half angle, sum and difference, product to sum, sum to product formulas.
Page 3 : Learn the circle.
Page 4 : Ignore Mollweide's formula and Law of tangents.

Find the topics mentioned here and study only those first.

Thanks, oh you mean the topics mentioned on the sheet that are not in your list of unneeded ?
    How's your math section?

    Yes.

 Need to learn almost everything in maths section, especially curve sketching.

Did you figure what wasnt coming by looking at the syllabus?Same on top of that some physics concepts like capacitence and circular motion for me /:About to start some integration, there was a nasty one in 2014 i think

    I got 6(2 sinx cosx cos(2x+1) - 2sin^2x sin(2x+1) ^2

No idea whether its correct or not
