Does it? Either way, I don't agree in the common pay gap where you compare men and women using vague averages. I do agree on the pay gap which exists when men and women are doing exactly the same job with the same qualifications- but I believe that is more so down to not bargaining well enough and some other factors.
from my understanding I believe they take the overall income of men v women excluding overtime and then divide it down to an hourly figure and full time can vary.

yh I don't agree with it but I agree that there is a pay gap in high ranking positions, if you compare two people different genders doing the exact same thing with the exact same skills. But I believe it is due to other reasons and sometimes due to the employer but that's only a small amount of times

When you get to the top for the wage gap there are too many variables to count like the profitability of the company and it is highly likely that those contracts are negotiated.

I'm not sure about the huge generalisation of 'modern feminism'.
I for one believe that those people may believe and say that they are feminists but it seems to me that they have a lack of understanding for the true meaning of feminism and yet make ridiculous remarks and notions which have no foundation in the name of feminism.
I refuse to believe that someone with a true understanding of feminism and the sacrifices people have made for the equality of women to suggest something as nonsensical as to not breastfeed your baby because of its gender.
This seems suspiciously close to a no true Scotsman fallacy.

Yh I think women need to learn how to negotiate for better pay

Another factor for the earnings gap i believe is this

Men seem to take a chance on apply for jobs under qualified than women.

This modern 'third-wave' version of feminism is where opinions are presented as facts, and emotions as evidence.

The only peaceful resolution during these dark times is for men to just go their own way. It might eventually become illegal for just ignoring them because it hurts their feelings, but hopefully this dangerous movement will become their own destruction in time. Perhaps not in our lifetime, but eventually. Unfortunately men tend to be indoctrinated into a 'white knight' until they get screwed over by the legal system... before realising it's best to go their own way and let the system crumble. Bit of a catch 22 actually; damned if you do and damned if you don't. But you may aswell take the safest route though.

Don't bother arguing with them, don't engage with them, don't sign into any contracts with them (e.g. marriage), and don't give them any of the attention that they so desperately crave and seek. It will infuriate them but just carry on going your own way. You are your own man with your own life, dignity, self-respect and self-worth. Plus there's less risk of false allegations, financial ruin etc.

Increasingly, more men are beginning to open their eyes and see the reality of the situation, and they've decided to 'check-out'. For men, it only gets better with age, and probably one of your best advantages - keep that in mind especially if you're already stuck in a difficult position and find that you're losing all hope.

Feminism is trash. They're not even close to striving the equality they're supposedly aiming for; They seem too busy protesting about non-issues. They don't want anyone to criticise Islam yet Islam is the opposite of gender equality...

EGALITARIAN=believing in or based on the principle that all people are equal and deserve equal rights and opportunities
I am not misogynistic I don't believe all women share a certain trait and I
don't believe all women are bad
I believe SOME females do these things if you read back my comment I
    explicitly say SOME

and all of my points are for equality because in society right now women
have double standards which wreck the lives of men on a daily basis
so I believe women and men should have an equal stance in society hence=EGALITARIAN

    Wrong.

Completely wrong. Saying that "I am an egalitarian" is about just as much use as saying "I am not a racist". It's an excuse to give hateful sentences such as "women ruin men's lives on a daily basis". It's a pathetic form of social desirability. Just because you say you are egalitarian, that in no way means that you are. Especially when your actions (your expression of hate filled beliefs) say the precise opposite.

Egalitarian is defined by a number of cultural beliefs and ideologies, and can be assessed by an evidence based questionnaire which has proven validitity. I've administered that questionnaire over the past year myself and have got significant results using it.

I can guarantee that if I gave you that questionnaire, you will not provide egalitarian responses.

When you refer to 'them', are you referring to all women as a collective, female feminists or perhaps all feminists (including male feminists)...?

I go to school in Central London, and it is a very good school. We were able to pick our a levels freely. Almost all my female friends chose either English, Psychology or Sociology for an a level, as opposed to Physics. They had the choice and they still chose to not go into STEM. They didn't have to climb a mountain to do a STEM subject, they simply had to put a cross on a form. I personally chose to do Chem and Bio ( I'm a girl under the same apparent 'societal pressures'. There may well be pressures but nowadays especially in the UK, women have so much opportunity and still refuse to take them- who do we blame?

You have completely missed the point of my post, to the extent where you actually support it!

I did not say that women are explicitly not allowed to chose STEM subjects? When did I say that?

I said that because of socialisation and attitudinal barriers women are more likely to chose non-STEM subjects. It's always a surprise when a woman chooses one, whereas with a man it's a given. You are a minority, perhaps you should take time to think why that is.

Exactly- who do we blame? What do you think is to blame?

I can't believe you missed the point. Clearly STEM isn't everything...

Also, do you want me to give you a "well done" for going to a "very good school" in "Central London"? Why are you looking for social approval from me?

I went to a **** school in the Valleys, umm poor me?
