    I'm in so much turmoil about this, I can't decide!

    I reckon it will be something like:

    1) fresh soft granary bread
    2) slices of boiled egg
    3) mayo
    4) bit of pepper at this point
    5) a few leaves of really crisp lettuce
    6) perfect avocado slides
    7) maybe one of two slices of those lovely plum tomatoes too, but not too many, we don't want a soggy sandwich

    A hot fave is bacon and egg on a roll with fried onions, cheese slice and mayo. Delish.
